He came to coaching after years of being recognized as an
effective and respected leader in various business
environmentsrealizing that it was the heartfelt one-to-one, off-line
conversations with employees that made all the difference in an
person's ability to achieve outstanding results.
Jeff's commitment to bring coaching to professionals stems from a
belief that individuals and/or teams excel when given qualified,
on-going support for authentic and challenging goals.
He empowers clients to discern what's truly important, craft a
meaningful vision, make choices that align with that vision, and
create it by integrating these choices over time.
I have philosophies in life that are fair, open,
compassionate and challenging. I expect a lot from people in terms
of committing to who they are and what they are capable of. I encourage visioning, dreams and the
unknown, and view it as a highly logical input into any strategic
process. I also view action as paramount, for only experience can inform us of the truth about how we make our dreams a reality.
