Balin Professional Coaching - Building Organizational Capacity through Leadership Support

"A personal coach can help you by getting you to spell out what it is that you really want and then working with you to make the changes that actually enable you to get there."

How does coaching work?

Coach and client typically meet for approximately 60-minutes by phone on a regular (weekly or bi-weekly) basis.

What happens between calls?

Much of the coaching happens between sessions, when clients integrate new insights into real-time situations. My commitment to you extends beyond our appointment times; if you have any questions, challenges or successes to share at any time, please do not hesitate to contact me by phone or e-mail.

What does Coaching cost?

$440 — $660 per month
  • 2-3 hours (avg.) of one-on-one coaching per month
  • Unlimited e-mail access
  • Assessments and surveys
  • "Just-in-time" coaching as needed
  • Initial Foundation Questionnaire & Session

Minimum commitment: 6 months

How do I know if I will benefit from coaching?

I offer a full complimentary consultation and coaching sample to interested and qualified candidates who are serious about working with a professional coach. I am happy to help you explore what the objective of coaching would be and the benefits expected.

What is the client satisfaction rate?

In surveys conducted by the International Coaching Federation, 98.5% of clients are satisfied with their coach.

What if I am not satisfied?

I back my work with complete 100% money-back guarantee. Should you not be satisfied with results of any individual coaching session, or the coaching in general, your investment will be fully refunded.

What should I look for in a coach?

First make sure your coach is ICF Certified; this means they are very well-trained—the top 15% of the profession. For business and executive coaching you will also benefit from working with a coach that has extensive experience working in organizations and understands business issues. Finally, make sure you have a good rapport with your coach.

Does it matter that we can’t meet in-person?

Nearly 95% of my coaching appointments are by telephone, and many are long-distance. As I have clients from across North America, not only does this create feasibility, it also creates convenience for those with busy schedules. Most important, coaching sessions conducted by phone are as effective, if not more so, than those conducted in-person.

How do you get started?

Simply email or call me to set up a time to talk. We can chat, explore what you want to achieve through coaching and see if there is a fit. Should you decide to proceed, I will send you an Foundation Package with some questions that will help us get coaching right away.
