Jeff Balin, MBA, CPCC
As an executive coach and facilitator for corporate, independent and non-profit leaders since 2002, Jeff brings over 20 years of business experience to his professional practice of supporting ambitious goals.
In addition to providing hundreds of hours of individual coaching, Jeff has facilitated numerous meetings and workshops on values-alignment, visioning, communication, team-functionality and strategic planning. He has also been a speaker and guest presenter on topics of leadership and career development.
Jeff has over two decades of international business experience in organizational consulting, group facilitation, product/service development, and retail management. He has an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, studied at the London Business School in the UK, and has completed extensive training in transformational leadership and personal and spiritual development.
Jeff is a graduate of the renowned Coaches Training Institute (CTI), a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). He has received leadership and facilitator training through the Hollyhock Leadership Institute and the Rockwood Leadership Program, and has been mentored by one of the world's foremost authorities on transformational change and social leadership, Robert Gass.
Jeff came to coaching after years of being recognized as an
effective and respected leader in various business
environments, realizing that it was the heartfelt one-to-one, off-line
conversations with employees that made all the difference in an
individual's ability to achieve outstanding and meaningful results.
Jeff's commitment to supporting ambitious goals through professional coaching and facilitation stems from a
belief that individuals and teams excel when given qualified,
on-going support for authentic and challenging aspirations.
Jeff is also an
avid student of Tibetan Buddhist teachings, a devoted husband and father of three. He lives in Vancouver, Canada.
