Too busy As leader, you believe you must have your hands in everything and have not committed to activities of greatest impact. Coaching helps clients focus on putting energy into high-leverage activities, rather than the minutia of daily details.
Out of balance You spend too much energy on taking care of the business rather than evolving the business—and yourself. Coaching helps re-align your time and energy to meaningful commitments that honor your interests, gifts and aspirations.
Not enough time for visioning You're too close to the problem and don't have the time, or peace of mind, to clearly see the forest from the trees.
