Workshop Description:

PURPOSE & PRAGMATISM:  Aligning Our Work in the World to Our Deepest Aspirations

This 1-dayWorkshop will deepen your integration of professional efforts with the truest sense of who you are.  You will develop navigational tools that blend logical examination (thinking) and intuitive knowing (awareness) to bring greater purpose, meaning and efficacy to your work in the world. 

Designed with “permission and practicality” in-mind, this workshop provides a wonderful day of discovery and support among participants committed to honest, heartfelt exploration coupled with practical, action-based outcomes that help craft an optimal career trajectory.

Is it for you?  This workshop will be highly beneficial if you are ready to:

• Inject more inspiration into your career by better aligning work with your values, talents and interests.

• Identify a course of action and next-steps to convert your ideal vision of work into a reality.

• Deepen your connection to work you may already love doing and uncover ways to increase your impact in the world.

Main Themes:

1)  CENTERING into integrity  (who we are)

2)  OVERCOMING limiting beliefs   (what holds us back)

3)  EXTENDING toward ideals   (our deepest aspiration)

4)  MANIFESTING new realities   (actions we must take)

Post-Workshop Support:  To sustain insights and momentum beyond the day, each participant also receives:

• A series of Daily Practices for two-weeks
• Peer-to-peer accountability structures
• A follow-up group check-in via teleconferencing
• A post-workshop individual coaching session with Jeff

The Setting:  The workshop will be held at the Baldwin House, on the shores of Deer Lake, Burnaby, BC.
